When we began our work with General Dynamics, the existing training resources were outdated, fragmented, and unable to meet the growing needs of a dynamic workforce. General Dynamics needed a learning module that was modern, scalable, and capable of addressing a wide range of training objectives while ensuring alignment with corporate policies and priorities. Our goals
